探索了探询-科研型实验教学模式在仪器分析实验教学中的应用。通过新实验教学模式的摸索,激发学生参与实验的热情,提高学生的科研、协作意识,达到提高实验教学质量的目的。     

不同权的Bloch型空间之间的加权复合算子再刻画

本文研究了单位圆中从空间β_L到β_α的加权复合算子uC_φ为有界算子和紧算子的条件.利用阶估计等方法,获得了有界性和紧性的简捷充要条件,推广了叶善力的相应结果.     

具有势函数的弱f-稳态映射的若干结果

本文研究了与拉回度量有关广义泛函Φ_f,H.利用应力能量张量的方法,得到具有势函数的弱f-稳态映射的一些刘维尔型定理.     

Copper-catalyzed Pummerer type reaction of α-thio aryl/heteroarylacetates: Synthesis of aryl/heteroaryl α-keto esters

A copper catalyzed Pummerer type reaction of α-thio aryl/heteroarylacetates is described for the first time. This transformation represents a new route to synthesize α-keto esters, which are important intermediates for pharmaceuticals and organic synthesis. The reaction proceeds via in situ generation of a thionium ion that undergoes hydrolysis to furnish α-keto esters in synthetically viable yields (up to 82%).     

Thioether‐derived Macrocycle for Peptide Secondary Structure Fixation

Recently, we developed methods to stabilize peptides into various secondary structures, including α‐helix, type III turn and β‐hairpin via proper thioether based macrocyclization. These conformationally constrained peptidomimetics confer enhanced biophysical properties and provide a valuable avenue towards clinically‐relevant therapeutic molecules. In this personal account, thioether‐derived macrocyclization methods developed by our group for stabilization of α‐helix, type‐III β turn and β‐hairpin conformations are discussed.     

d‐Fructose‐Decorated Poly(ethylene imine) for Human Breast Cancer Cell Targeting

The high affinity of GLUT5 transporter for d ‐fructose in breast cancer cells has been discussed intensely. In this contribution, high molar mass linear poly(ethylene imine) (LPEI) is functionalized with d ‐fructose moieties to combine the selectivity for the GLUT5 transporter with the delivery potential of PEI for genetic material. The four‐step synthesis of a thiol‐group bearing d ‐fructose enables the decoration of a cationic polymer backbone with d ‐fructose via thiol‐ene photoaddition. The functionalization of LPEI is confirmed by 2D NMR techniques, elemental analysis, and size exclusion chromatography. Importantly, a d ‐fructose decoration of 16% renders the polymers water‐soluble and eliminates the cytotoxicity of PEI in noncancer L929 cells, accompanied by a reduced unspecific cellular uptake of the genetic material. In contrast, the cytotoxicity as well as the cell specific uptake is increased for triple negative MDA‐MB‐231 breast cancer cells. Therefore, the introduction of d ‐fructose shows superior potential for cell targeting, which can be assumed to be GLUT5 dependent.

     

Study on convergence and error of a numerical method for solving systems of nonlinear Fredholm–Volterra integral equations of Hammerstein type

The aim of this paper is to present an efficient analytical and numerical procedure for solving systems of nonlinear Fredholm–Volterra integral equations of the Hammerstein type with the aid of fixed point techniques and the usual Schauder basis in an adequate Banach space.     

A summation‐integral type modification of Szász–Mirakjan operators

In this paper, we introduced a summation‐integral type modification of Szász–Mirakjan operators. Calculation of moments, density in some space, a direct result and a Voronvskaja‐type result, are obtained. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Existence and multiplicity of systems of Kirchhoff‐type equations with general potentials

This paper is concerned with the following systems of Kirchhoff‐type equations: Under more relaxed assumptions on V(x) and F(x,u,v), we first prove the existence of at least two nontrivial solutions for the aforementioned system by using Morse theory in combination with local linking arguments. Then by using the Clark theorem, the existence results of at least 2k distinct pairs of solutions are obtained. Some recent results from the literature are extended.
